The department started functioning in the year 2002 with well qualified faculty members specialized in Power Systems, Power Electronics, Electrical Machines etc., who strive for establishing a Centre of excellence in technical education which in turn will bring out technocrats with superior skill and social commitment. The students are motivated by their guidance not only for their academics but also for industrial & research work. The department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering moves with a vision to produce competent and disciplined Electrical and Electronics Engineers.Activities
Under the aegis of the Management various co-curricular activities like symposiums, technical workshops, technical quiz, seminars and debates are being organized among the students at various levels to mould them in taking up challenging assignments in the highly competitive global scenario. The department arranges educational tours and industrial visits.The EEE Department has its own departmental library with well bound collections of books, project reports, university question papers to meet the growing and varied requirements of students and faculty members.
Laboratory
The Department of EEE has well equipped laboratories with various equipments and softwares, as per the requirements. The following are the laboratories associated with the department of EEE.
